2-4 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tbsp of whole cloves
1/2 – 1 cup of fresh cranberries
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
3-4 sprigs of pine (you can use cedar or spruce)
Water or apple juice
How to make it:
- In a large pot add the cinnamon sticks, the cloves, the fresh cranberries, the sliced orange, the nutmeg, the springs of pine and fill the pot with 3/4 water or apple juice.
- Bring to a gentle boil and let simmer on the stove for as long as you wish. You may need to add more water from time to time.
- You can use your potpourri more than once but you will need to add more water.
